Digital Project Manager
(Part-Time, Contract)

Command C is seeking a part-time Project Manager (15–20 hours per week to start) to join our intentionally boutique team. This role has the potential to expand in scope and hours over time as we grow.

The Project Manager role at Command C is responsible for the quality, clarity, and continuity of the client experience. This role owns day-to-day client communication and ensures client intent is translated into clean, execution-ready work while protecting internal and delivery integrity. Client communication in this role begins primarily asynchronous and written within ClickUp, with opportunities to participate in client meetings as the PM grows into the role.

Project Managers at Command C are judgement-led operators. They navigate ambiguity with discernment, communicate with empathy and confidence, and enforce boundaries clearly and calmly. This role is not about task pushing or status policing, it’s about thoughtful translation, expectation-setting, and maintaining trust as work moves predictably through systems.

The Project Manager serves as the connective tissue between clients and development, ensuring that work is well-framed, appropriately prioritized, and communicated in a way that supports both strong outcomes and sustainable delivery.

While Project Managers own day-to-day client communication and delivery coordination, this role operates within an intentional leadership structure. The Project Managers reports into and is overseen by senior leadership, receiving ongoing feedback, strategic alignment, and escalation support. Ownership is expected, but not isolation. The role is supported, coached, and aligned as we grow.
