What We Evaluate

Your Platform: We assess your current ecommerce platform against your actual business requirements. What should stay, what needs to go, and what’s missing. This includes platform fit, app and extension analysis, third-party integrations, and a prioritized feature roadmap for phased implementation.

Your Operations: Your site doesn’t exist in isolation. We interview key stakeholders and map the systems that touch your store: inventory management, order fulfillment, purchasing, sales channels, and reporting. This is where most agencies skip ahead. It’s where most projects go sideways.

What needs to be in place at launch, and what gets phased for later? How does this fit within your budget and timeline? Have all stakeholder and administrator needs been accounted for?
